Quality Improvement (QI) Projects/Wolff Center at UPMC

Quality Improvement (QI) Projects/Wolff Center at UPMC

Quality Improvement (QI) projects aim to use existing scientific knowledge to improve patient care processes and health care outcomes in local care institutions or settings. QI projects undertaken at UPMC are designed to engage staff in the process of identifying areas for improvement, implementing a plan of change, and measuring the results.

The Wolff Center at UPMC works to ensure that patients receive the safest and highest quality care. They partner with colleagues systemwide to improve health care delivery and overall experience for patients and members. All Quality Improvement (QI) projects should be submitted to the QRC for review. The QRC is made up of a group of experts who can aid in your project's development and success.
